For a leading Insurance company: Building & Facilities Officer

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient, and smooth operation of all company buildings and facilities
• Manage building systems, maintenance activities, repairs, and technical projects
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and coordinate emergency preparedness actions
• Manage external vendors, service providers, and maintenance contracts
• Monitor facilities budget, control costs, and propose efficiency improvements
• Coordinate office moves, workspace readiness, and space planning with IT and HR
• Support sustainability, energy-saving initiatives, and environmental projects
• Manage company parking allocation and usage
• Provide support for technical works or emergencies outside regular working hours when required
