Responsibilities

NATURE / SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Maintenance and repairs: Fix leaky faucets, broken chairs, repairing or replacing damaged fixtures (doors, windows, etc.), and handling minor carpentry and masonry tasks and other office equipment.
• Assist with cleaning, tidying, and organizing office spaces.
• Performs basic electrical, plumbing repair, and HVAC filter cleaning
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in maintenance related area
• Daily checking of the common areas like comfort rooms, pantry, hallways, ops area, offices, and ceiling fixtures, etc. for minor repair needs
