Building Maintenance

Sustaining The Berkeley properties at the highest level of quality maintenance, cleanliness, and regulatory safety standards; providing professional, efficient, and cost-effective services is a critical role at The Berkeley. This position will have a regularly scheduled week, understanding that there is an on-call rotation for after hours.

Maintenance employees are team players, with a passion for providing exceptional service and support, have an empathetic and respectful approach and a continuous improvement mindset. They take pride in the condition of our Residents' home, and pay great attention to detail, paying attention to the ‘little things'.
