Building Maintenance

Key Duties:

• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of building systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, lighting, panels, breakers, and outlets
• Assist in basic mechanical works (pumps, motors, minor HVAC support)
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
• Ensure all work follows safety standards and building procedures
• Keep simple maintenance reports and checklists

Qualifications:

• Vocational/technical course in Electrical or Building Maintenance
• Experience in commercial facilities is advantage but not required
• Knowledge of electrical systems and basic mechanical troubleshooting
• Willing to work shifting schedule
