Job Description

Job Summary 
The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall condition, safety, and functionality of residential, commercial, or industrial properties. This role performs routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure buildings and equipment operate efficiently. 
Required Qualifications 
High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred) 
2+ years of building maintenance or facilities maintenance experience 
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems 
Ability to use hand and power tools safely 
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
