About the Role
As a Building Maintenance Officer, you will be part of the in-house Estates team that supports and enables the safe, compliant and efficient operation of the university estate.
The role is varied and diverse, with day-to-day duties ranging from ensuring that our estate is safe and operational, through to supporting the delivery of key University events such as open days and graduation ceremonies.
Typical duties will include:
Providing technical building operation support to end users.
Undertaking routine and emergency maintenance activities.
Carrying out statutory compliance checks to ensure the continued efficient and safe operation of the estate.
