Perform general building maintenance, including minor repairs, geyser thermostat replacements, and light fixture installations.
Handle a wide range of handyman tasks with precision and efficiency.
Safely work at heights when required.
Install signage, disclaimers, and window coverings as directed.
Identify, report, and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Execute instructions from Directors and departmental managers.
