Building Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

• Carry out general repair, plumbing work, painting and toilet fitting in accordance with the required standards.
• Carry out daily routine check on building facilities and swimming pool as per SOP.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress carried out by third party vendor.
• Perform periodical preventive maintenance for club house and facilities as per scheduled & SOP.
• Attend to complaints made by members, guests, internal team and maintain proper records.
• To assist in any other jobs, tasks or assignments as required and/ or requested by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / SKM qualification.
• At least two (2) years of working experience in a similar role.
• Able to work on shifts, public holidays and weekends.
• Must possess own transport and valid driving license.
• Energetic and able to multitask.
