Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician  
Location: Mercer Island, WA 98040  
Duration: 04 Months (Possible conversion depending on business needs)   
Shift: M-F 8am - 4pm with opportunities for OT  
 Work Arrangement: Onsite  
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire   
Domain: HVAC and Maintenance  
Pay Rate: $35–$40/hr W2
