Building Maintenance Technician

• Provide maintenance and engineering support for commercial and residential building
• To carry out scheduled building routine inspection on electrical, air-conditioning systems, HVAC, plumbing and landscaping.
• Perform minor repairs for plumbing, electrical and maintenance works to restore the functionality of the property
• Reports and attend to building defects,  equipment damage,  system breakdown, security and safety issues.
• Liaise with contractors for emergency or major repair 
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor and management.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or relevant field 
• Fire Safety Management Cert will be an added advantage
