Building Maintenance / TWIC Holder

Our client on Blount Island in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance person to join their team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, punctuality and good organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance**

**Location: Blount Island, Jacksonville, FL**

**Pay Range: Based on experience**

**What’s the Job?**

+ Perform routine maintenance tasks
+ Troubleshoot and repair issues
+ Maintain plumbing systems
+ Move office furniture when needed
+ Maintain some electrical

**What’s Needed?**

+ Physical requirements (Lift up to 50+ lbs, climb ladders, bend, crouch, walk, kneel)
+ Have your own basic tools/power tools
+ Minor Landscaping
+ Ability to work independently
