Building Management System (BMS) Engineer, ONC

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To design, develop and implement software solutions for BMS system including chiller systems, HVAC, security, fire alarm and etc.
• To design P&ID diagram
• To collaborate with engineering team to gather requirements and specification of BMS
• To write, debug and test the code to control and integrate with the existing BMS system
• To monitor, troubleshoot and resolve the BMS related issues
• To develop and maintenance manuals of the developed BMS system including codes, logic diagrams and system configurations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy related Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in the development of BMS for Chiller plants
• Proven track record of the successful delivery of projects
