BMS Lead – Pharma Manufacturing Project

Looking for a chance to shape next-generation pharmaceutical manufacturing? We’re hiring a Building Management Systems (BMS) Lead to drive the design, delivery, and integration of Siemens Desigo BMS at a high-profile new facility.

This role will be mainly remote for two years, before becoming fully onsite in Europe.

In this role, you’ll:

• Provide technical leadership and oversight of BMS delivery across all project phases
• Guide vendor selection, oversee documentation, and review system design and architecture
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and cybersecurity standards
• Troubleshoot and support commissioning, qualification, and facility startup
• Coordinate closely with project and automation teams, managing schedules, budgets, and status reporting
