About the Role

Reporting to the Divisional Director of Commercial Property Management, the successful candidate will have responsibility for the oversight and operation for an Office Block Development located in Sandyford Co Dublin. The Building Manager will be based fulltime on site at the building and will have responsibility for all day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety and general presentation of the one office block, a basement car park and shared (common) external areas.
