Building Manager

Location: Johor 

• Familiar with Strata Management Act 2013 and related regulations.

• Experience in Strata management (JMB, MC, owners & tenants)

• Knowledge in building operations (M&E, lift, fire system, CCTV, security, housekeeping, landscape)

• Able to manage operations team, security, technicians, and vendors

• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and building maintenance

• Able to handle residents' complaints and problem-solving

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Able to deal with owners, tenants, contractors, and authorities
