Building Manager

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Client and the Director-in-charge/Property Manager at HQ level.
• Oversees the management and ensure all operational matters related to daily operation ie security, housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, mechanical and electrical item are at its best operating condition.
• Attend to and act upon inquiries/complaints raised by occupants with regards to property management and maintenance related matters.
• Ensuring all building facilities, assets and equipment’s are maintained to the best practise standards.
• Ensure the monthly management accounts are prepared in timely manner with all key accounting reports and financial notes.
• Prepare budgetary estimates of operational expenditure and projected cash/annual income and expenditure budget.
• Act on breach or non-compliance of any by-laws, regulations or notices, when necessary.
