Building Manager

Job Purpose

In this role, the successful applicant will function as part of the on-site team to ensure timely and quality deliverables of services rendered by OCS to its Client. The successful applicant will function as the focal point accountable for building services that cover the following systems:

• Security: CCTV, Access Control, Electric Fence, Boom gate, etc
• BAS/BMS: Building Automation System and Building Management System
• Vertical Transport: Lifts, Elevated Work Platform, dock levellers
• Fuel Systems: Fuel Tanks, Fuel Filtration
• Domestic Water: Plumbing and sanitary, external piping, rainwater systems
• Utilities: MEP systems associated with the building common areas (note: For clarity, accountability for PPM completion of critical systems such as UPS, HT Tx, CRAC etc as well as Fire Fighting and Protection will primarily be under purview of a Technical FM.
