Responsibilities:

• Act as the authorized representative of the Facilities Management Manager (FMM).
• Oversee daily planning, operations, and management of facilities on-site.
• Assist in performance audits and ensure timely completion of inspections and reports.
• Take responsibility for the performance of facilities management services for assigned buildings.
• Lead and supervise the operations team in property and facility upkeep.
• Manage building facilities, including asset enhancement, contractor supervision, and client coordination.
• Handle client feedback and service requests, liaising with contractors on maintenance issues.
• Compile and analyze operational data to support continuous improvement and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
