Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage B2B clients including contractors, developers, and construction companies
  • Promote and sell building materials such as steel, cement, glass, aluminum, and hardware products
  • Identify project opportunities and manage sales pipeline
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain strong client relationships and repeat business
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth


Requirements

  • 3–5 years B2B sales experience in building materials / construction industry
  • Existing network with contractors, developers, or project stakeholders preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction materials and project sales cycle
  • Proven track record in sales achievement
