Management of the department as a whole: Manage the department’s human, material, budgetary and software resources. Participate in the strategic development of the department. HR/Recruitment/Performance appraisal. Monitor and develop resource efficiency when carrying out projects. Technical development, innovation, BIM. Monitor department projects: Quality, Performance/efficiency, Choice and technical orientations. Support business development, participate in the drafting of service offers. Maintain and develop relationships with our partners in complementary disciplines. Participate in mandates as project manager: Carry out assessments of existing mechanical installations.
