Building Operations Supervisor

Job Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Hospitality or Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferably a supervisor or someone with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., hotels, resorts) is a plus.
• Knowledge of building maintenance (housekeeping, technical maintenance is a plus).
• Familiarity with Integrated Facility Maintenance (IFM).
• Strong HR and people management skills.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and serve as the primary bridge between client expectations and service delivery.
• Strategic Reporting: Provide weekly performance updates and escalate critical incidents to Head Office to ensure transparency and rapid issue resolution.
