As a Building Operator, you will have overall responsibility in maintaining clients facilities located in Edmonton and the greater Edmonton area. This includes maintaining safe conditions inside and outside of the facilities, performing minor plumbing and electrical repairs, safety oversight of sub-contractors, conducting mechanical inspections and maintenance of equipment using Facilities Management and Operations (FMO) strategies to ensure it's continued operation.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ In conjunction with the Project Manager and the team, plan and execute responsive and planned maintenance in accordance with contract requirements
+ Performs basic tours and log readings
