Building Optimization Officer

About the Role:

As a CBRE Building Optimisation Officer, you'll be responsible in the analysis of data and operational optimization for an assigned portfolio.

What You'll Do :

• Analyse the data coming from Subcontractors' management platform and work with the Subcontractors to optimise manpower and resource allocation.
• Analyse the data in both CBRE and Client's systems / solutions to translate the data into operational insights, perform hotspots analysis, trends analysis and detect abnormalities.
• Utilise the insights and recommend key action plans to pre-empt and predict any deterioration of any equipment and persisting issues.
• Tracking, analysis of repeated failure equipment / systems and complaints of poor performance of operations.
