Building Quantity Surveyor

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven Building Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all commercial and contractual aspects of building projects, ensuring cost control, profitability, accurate valuations, and effective subcontractor management from project inception through to final account.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Cost Management

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts
• Monitor project costs and profitability against budgets
• Compile monthly cost reports and financial forecasts
• Manage cost variations and change orders

Measurement, BOQs & Estimating

• Prepare, measure, and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Conduct detailed take-offs and pricing for tenders and variations
