Southwark Council is working in partnership with Adecco Public Sector, to recruit 4 x Building Safety Managers. These roles are critical to improve safety for residents living in high rise buildings and to ensure that Southwark is complying with its duties under the Building Safety Act. This is a key time to join us and make a real impact on our community's safety.

Following the successful first phase of recruitment in 2025, Southwark Council is now seeking additional Building Safety Managers to expand our established team. Over the past year, the team has secured 11 Building Assessment Certificates from the Building Safety Regulator, a significant achievement that demonstrates our commitment to excellence and compliance.
