As our Building Safety Occupation team continues to grow, we are looking for Consultants, Senior Consultants and Principal Consultants to join this exciting and expanding service area.

Working alongside our Associate Director – Building Safety Occupation, you will support Accountable Persons (APs) and Principal Accountable Persons (PAPs) in meeting their duties under Part 4 of the Building Safety Act 2022, helping clients manage building safety risks and prepare for Building Safety Regulator scrutiny.

This is a consultancy role focused on problem-solving, relationship management, regulatory compliance and providing practical advice that helps clients achieve and maintain compliance.
