The Building Services Engineer position plays a crucial role in the management and implementation of Building Services. As a Building Services Engineer, you will play a pivotal role within our project delivery team. 

Working closely with project managers and subcontractors, you will oversee all electrical/mechanical activities, manage resources efficiently, and uphold our uncompromising standards of quality and safety.


Key Responsibilities

Manage & coordinate all phases of the MEP Services project delivery cycle 

Coordinate Design team information & details in time for project delivery activities

Ensure implementation of the MEPL Services IPEP Management plan

Liaise with Mechanical, Electrical, Sprinkler, Lifts & Technical Specialists Sub-Contractors
