Job Description

Position Description:
Building Permit Tracking System (Cityview)
Troubleshoot and resolve identified problems within Cityview operations, workflows, business rules for all functions of the department, and coordinate system solutions with the IT department as required.
Supports the ongoing development, implementation, and evolution of the Cityview system.
Update Cityview as needed.
Acts as main contact for Cityview.
Resolve Cityview software concerns.
Lead the integration of Cityview into the daily operations of the County, including staff training and the preparation of manuals, system documentation, and user guidelines.
Evaluate application permissions to ensure staff compliance with established procedures and effective adoption of system usage.
