1. ตรวจสอบและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของบริษัทให้บริการภายนอก ให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่วางไว้
2. ควบคุม ดูแลการปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของผู้รับเหมา ในการต่อเติม ตกแต่งพื้นที่เช่า
3. ให้บริการและอำนวยความสะดวก ให้กับผู้เช่าและผู้มาติดต่อ
4. ควบคุม ดูแลให้ผู้เช่า ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบและคู่มือการใช้อาคาร อย่างเคร่งครัด
5. ตรวจสอบและจัดทำรายการทรัพย์สินต่างๆ ของอาคาร
