2. ตรวจสอบและดูแลความเรียบร้อยของอาคารสถานที่ให้อยู่ในสภาพดี พร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ
3. ควบคุมดูแลการใช้อาคารสถานที่และทรัพย์สินต่างๆ ภายในอาคาร
4. จัดทำแผนการบำรุงรักษา ซ่อมแซม และปรับปรุงอาคารสถานที่
5. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร
