Building Superintendent

About The Role

DMS, a division of Tribe Management Inc., is seeking a live‑in Building Superintendent to support the day‑to‑day maintenance and operations of a residential building in North York. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role plays a key part in maintaining a safe, clean, and well‑cared‑for living environment for residents. This position is well suited to someone who takes pride in hands‑on work, communicates well with residents and teammates, and enjoys being part of a collaborative on‑site team.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Performing general building maintenance and small repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry
• Responding to after‑hours and weekend emergencies on a rotational on‑call schedule
• Completing cleaning, landscaping, and snow removal when contractor services are unavailable or do not meet standards
