Building Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair works including painting and minor touch-ups.
• Replace light bulbs and carry out basic electrical repairs.
• Conduct basic plumbing works and resolve issues such as leaks and blockages.
• Troubleshoot and rectify faults in appliances (e.g., washing machines, microwaves, safes).
• Carry out carpentry repairs including doors, handles, hinges, and furniture.
• Maintain and repair bathroom fixtures such as faucets, showers, toilets, and drainage systems.
• Maintain fire safety systems including smoke detectors.
• Support air-conditioning cleaning and basic maintenance services.

Job Requirements

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on experience in building maintenance, basic plumbing, and electrical works preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with practical problem-solving ability.
