Building Technician (Permanent, Full-Time)

The City of Kamloops seeking a skilled and experienced Building Technician to join our team. The Building Technician will be responsible for screening building permit applications and answering general inquiries related to building and general development proposals. The incumbent is also responsible for the maintenance of departmental policies and procedures, application forms and is a designated Super User for Tempest Prospero and other software used to deliver permit reviews and correspondence.
