Building Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance work for all Sovotel properties.
• Work closely with property managers and the property team to ensure that rooms and the property are in acceptable condition.
• Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and handyman tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and exercise good judgment.
• Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment.
• Repair all types of hardware, plumbing, electrical equipment, and cosmetic items.
• Carry out preventive maintenance work.
• Conduct property visits to ensure that the property is in operational condition.
• Perform any duties as instructed by a superior.

Job Requirement

• Candidate with at least one year of experience in building maintenance.
• Candidate with Hospitality background preferred.
• Willing to travel between Sovotel properties.
