Building Technician

Job Responsibilities:-

As an on-site Technician, you play an important role to ensure that the buildings we operate in are safe and functional by performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities, thereby delivering superior customer satisfaction to our clients.

• Responsible for general building works
• Carry out all preventive and corrective maintenance in the building
• Attend weekly and monthly preventive maintenance
• Respond to complaints promptly including part replacement
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:-

• Diploma in related course (Engineering / Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical / ACMV or equivalent)
• Preferably 1 to 3 years working experience in Facilities Maintenance with good knowledge on wiring diagrams
