POSITION: Building Technicians / Multi-skilled Technicians
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building equipment and systems.
Address tenant requests and issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and fire protection standards.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain facility uptime and asset integrity.
Manage work orders from dispatch to completion and document results.
Identify and report equipment issues; recommend repairs or improvements.
Maintain health and safety systems, ensuring all equipment is functional, and incidents are reported.
Support positive client and tenant relations through quality service.
Recommend process improvements for maintenance efficiency.
