Megaworld Corporation is seeking a Building Turnover Engineer to join our team in Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful handover of newly constructed buildings to our client, playing a crucial part in maintaining the company's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting thorough inspections of newly completed buildings to identify and address any defects or non-conformities of the Amenities and Common Areas, functionality and optimum performance of the equipment for the Building Facilities.
2. Coordinating with construction teams, project managers, and clients to resolve outstanding issues and ensure a seamless turnover process
