Buildings & Grounds Manager

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance, cleanliness and facilities management of the University;
• To develop a comprehensive facilities preventive and predictive maintenance programme and ensuring that the programme are carried out effectively;
• To be responsible for the day to day running of the department including management of staff, job prioritization, work allocation, staff productivity, quality and timeliness of job completion;
• To develop operating budgets and implement effective control on expenses and stock items;
• To ensure all safety rules and procedures are observed and followed, compliance to all government regulations and guidelines;
• To manage the outlets rented out to external parties;
• To submit relevant operational reports on a timely basis;
