Job Description

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Ensure safe and efficient operations of the Quarry Truck scale and all systems integral to the process with the objective of implementing accurate weighing of all bulk and raw material according to quality standards and acceptable physical conditions
Operations
Operates truck scale within the optimum unit operating cost, to maintain and ensure accurate and timely weighing of the right materials for efficient and cost-effective output. Ensures accuracy of the truck scale computer system. Ensures proper filing of records and updated database.
Autonomous Maintenance
Regularly check and monitor assigned equipment; Coordinate request for repairs; Properly turnover to incoming shift to ensure prompt corrective action and reduce/avoid operational downtime. Perform regular housekeeping in work area.
