Bulk Recruiter

The Bulk Recruiter is responsible for the
end-to-end recruitment of high-volume BPO roles
, primarily in the contact centre. The role focuses on
speed, scale, and quality
, ensuring that hiring targets are met within agreed timelines while maintaining compliance with internal processes and client requirements.

This role works closely with Operations, Workforce Management, and HR to ensure that staffing requirements are met to support business continuity and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

High-Volume Recruitment Delivery

• Manage full-cycle bulk recruitment for BPO roles, including:
• Inbound and outbound call centre agents
• Chat, email, and digital support agents
• Team Leaders and operational support roles (where required)
• Deliver against high-volume hiring targets within strict SLAs.
• Execute recruitment campaigns aligned to ramp-ups, new projects, and backfill requirements.
