We’re looking for an experienced Class 5 Driver to join our Silverdale team in a specialist bitumen tanker role. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for transporting and handling bitumen products across the North Island, This is a fixed-term role starting 1 September through to 25 March , with the potential to extend depending on workload.You’ll be operating an 8 x 4 Hino tractor unit with an 18 speed Road Ranger gear box and a 4-axle quad semi bitumen tanker – 48 tonne GCM, working closely with site crews to keep projects running safely and on time.What you’ll be doing:

Operate bulk tanker vehicles to transport and deliver bitumen products

Manage heating, pumping and transfer systems for safe and correct handling

Carry out pre-start checks, calibrations and daily inspections
