Overview

To coordinate the Marketing department at a strategic level (present and future), guaranteeing that the strategy defined is implemented with efficiency in order to obtain the planned results, or even better than expected. Besides strategy, also communication, events’ organization and the diversity & inclusion pillar are part of the responsibilities of this role in Colombia.

As a people’s manager, the Marketing Director needs to create an innovative and reliable environment within the team, maintaining priorities well-defined, the needed level of flexibility for the day-to‑day business issues and with a sound customer focus.
