About the Role

The Bus Aide plays a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers travelling on Horizons West school bus services. Working closely with the driver, the Bus Aide provides supervision, behavioural support, and assistance to passengers—particularly those with mobility challenges—while upholding Horizons West’s values of safety, professionalism, and care.
