Busboy/Waiter

DUTIES AND RESPONISIBILITIES

• Observe personal hygiene, sanitation, wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE), and practice food safety standards and company rules.
• Segregate dishes and left-over food, as well as arrange and clean dining tables.
• Ensure sufficient supplies of spoons, forks, water glass, and coffee cups in the dispenser, and make sure to unplug the electrical dispenser after use.
• Remove soiled utensils after the customer finished eating, clear and place all dirty plates, glasses, and silverware into their designated bin.
• Wipe down and sanitize the table, as well as vacuum or sweeps the floor and arrange the chairs to clean up any food spills.
• Assure the practice of safety and physical hazards standards in lifting heavy materials to avoid injuries.
• Dry dishes and put them in the proper location.
• Assist in delivery and dishwashing functions during rush hours.
