Qualifications:
Education: College degree in Business, SCM, or Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, production, procurement, inventory, logistics, sales, and/or CRM.
Skills: SAP Business One, HANA, ERP, Microsoft Office 365, advanced Excel, SharePoint, Teams. Power Apps is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish), Lean Six Sigma, team player, detail-oriented, multitasker.
Role Overview:
Oversee the production process, ensuring deadlines are met and communication flows smoothly between teams in the USA, CA, and China. Manage orders, track production, and address operational issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and manage customer orders in SAP (EDI and non-EDI).
Schedule and track new orders.
Prepare and issue production work orders.
Maintain accurate production schedules.
Update and present weekly production status reports.
