Business Activation Specialist

**At IHG, we believe in creating exceptional experiences – for our guests and for our people.** We are looking for a Customer Activation Specialist to proactively engage with newly enrolled IHG Business Edge B2B customers to ensure they quickly reach their potential.

In this key role, you’ll be responsible for making outbound calls, with the goal of encouraging customer participation in IHG Business Edge and answer any initial questions they may have with the aim of activating accounts quickly and smoothly as well as helping to identify high potential accounts. You’ll partner with Business Edge Program Managers and Business Development Managers as well as internal and external teams to make sure accounts can book and stay quickly.

**Your day to day:**
