Job Description
1)Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Handle requests and queries from Senior managers and executives
Handling office tasks, such as filing, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and E-mail
Update and follow up with employees on office policies and procedures
2)Requirements and skills:
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
