ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a Business Analysis Manager to lead the BA team at the Vietnam GDC. This role combines strategic presales input, delivery execution, and team development. The BA Manager ensures business needs are translated into structured, testable requirements that form the foundation for successful fixed-price projects and scalable solutions. The role is pivotal in scope governance, client validation, and developing best practices across the BA team. Strong domain knowledge in BFSI, Enterprise Applications, or Digital Transformation is expected.
