Business Analyst 2 (ServiceNow Developer)

Overview

The Information Technology Department has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst 2 to join the IT Systems & Knowledge team within IT Ops & Infrastructure. Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Systems & Knowledge, the Business Analyst 2 is responsible for sustaining existing business applications, deploying applications and developing or configuring applications, with a focus on ServiceNow. The Business Analyst interacts with Project Managers and cross‑functional project teams, participates in the development of business requirements, business processes and procedures, unit tests and conducts module walkthroughs; coordinates user reviews of configured applications; prepares and maintains a variety of reports and records related to the work; keeps abreast of recent developments in computer techniques and procedures; performs research, information assembly, organization and facilitation of business workshops and related documentation.
