Business Analyst - 2 Year Contract

Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operation and Support, Finance, Legal) to identify business needs and pain points.

Distinguish business requirements between wants, needs and “must haves” to prioritize features

Convert high-level business requirements into detailed Functional Specifications. Create:

User stories, and acceptance criteria

User journeys and process flows

Functional and non-functional requirements
